So many riders struggle with tension in their bodies. Some are quite aware of their tension, and some are not. But it will ALWAYS effect the rider's ability to move with their horse's body in harmony. And it will usually also translate into tension in the horse... which can then easily become an ugly perpetuating circle of tension!
