This rider is obviously struggling with getting his horse to properly respond to his outside turning aids at this moment, and has therefore tried to cross his outside hand over the neck to make it happen. What causes a horse to have this problem? What should the rider do in this situation to fix the problem? And what can the rider work on at home to prevent future occurrences of this issue?
