I try very hard to stay consistent with my body and breathing to not give mix signals and won’t ask for anything until he settles but it takes a long time. Lately I have been ‘giving’ the reins (with him still snatching the reins) and taking the contact back slowly while still staying in the walk but I don’t seem to be making any progress. I pay special attention to my hands and elbows and he will often catch himself in the mouth when he tries to jerk the rains out of my hands. His bridle and bit fit fine and his teeth are regularly maintained. How can I fix this? (Rechele)
