From member Kayla Wafful: "Something I've found that works very well with my students is instead of "pushing" your heels down to rather think about relaxing the ankle joint and let the weight fall naturally into your heels. This way you don't create any unnecessary tension in the ankle joint, which then transfers to the rest of the body. You get a much softer and more fluid position that way!"
